Based on the research by The Institute of Guttmacher on February 17th 2020, it was estimated that there were two million abortions in Indonesia every year. If 1000 babies are born, 37 of them will be aborted. Furthermore, this prediction tended to be quite high when compared to abortions in other Asian countries.
